CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Family Focused Supervision and Guided Reflective Practice
A place to share our stories and collective wisdom, connect with our own inner resources and challenges, practice new skills, challenge and refine our frameworks.
SUPERVISION FOR YOUTH WORKERS AND PROFESSIONALS WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE
Young people accessing our services are unique and precious individuals, often coming from disadvantaged environments, holding complex stories of trauma, injustice, and distress.
To effectively serve their needs, we need to take care of ourselves, and approach each problem with compassion, shared purpose, agility of mind, and with a keen eye on mobilising and activating wider systems of love and care.
Horace’s supervision is focused on marshalling individual and team strengths, with a systemic, narrative and integrative orientation. His special interests are Youth Alcohol and other Drug issues, Family Inclusive Practice, Care Planning, and building social and ecological Resilience.
